### Return and Exchange Policy
At Nikluxe, we aim to provide you with high-quality products. If, however, you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us at info@nikluxe.com
**Exchange Policy**
If you’re not satisfied with your product or need a different size, you can request a return from your Orders Page.
Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them and issue credits to your Nikluxe for the value of the returned products. A handling fee of Rs. 50 per product will be applied, except in cases of incorrect or defective items. Alpha Members enjoy free returns without handling fees. Note that Cash on Delivery charges and shipping costs are non-refundable. You can use these credits to place a new order.
Items must be unused and returned within 15 days of delivery.
**Wrong or Defective Products**
If you receive a wrong or defective product, request a return from your Orders page and specify the issue. Please notify us by email at info@nikluxe.com within 48 hours of delivery if you received the wrong product. For damaged or defective items, a video of the package opening can expedite resolution.
If you haven’t received your order but have been notified of delivery, contact us at Info@nikluxe.com within 48 hours.
**Product Checks**
Returned products are inspected to ensure they are unused and in their original condition. Clothing with intact tags is required; items with removed tags will not be accepted.
**Return Process Duration**
After you request a return, we will arrange for a pickup if your pin code supports Reverse Pickups by our courier partners. Please have the product packed and ready. Credits will be issued once the product is received and verified, usually within 7-10 working days.
**Self-Shipping**
If your pin code is not eligible for Reverse Pickup, please self-ship the product to us. You will receive Rs. 100 in Nikluxe Credits for shipping costs if the product is wrong or defective.
**Self-Shipping Instructions**
Securely pack the items to prevent loss or damage during transit. Ensure all items are unused with original tags and packaging intact.
**Refunds for Prepaid Orders**
Prepaid orders can be refunded either as credits in your Red Wolf Wallet or back to the original payment method within 7 days of return delivery. Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded as credits unless the product is wrong or defective.
**Partial Returns**
You can return part of an order, but any discounts or offers applied to the original order will not apply to the returned items.
**Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items**
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
– Face Masks
– Phone Cases
– Coffee Mugs
– DTG T-shirts, Hoodies, Pullovers, Tank Tops
– Coasters
– Posters
– Caps
– Fridge Magnets
– Headphones
These are made on-demand or for hygiene reasons. Returns or exchanges are also not accepted for pre-ordered items or products under special promotions like Mystery T-shirts. Membership subscriptions are non-cancellable and non-transferable.

**Boxer Shorts, Socks, Face Masks, and Socks**
Due to hygiene concerns, returns or exchanges for boxer shorts, socks, and face masks are not accepted. For defective items, contact us at orders@redwolf.in.
**Order Cancellation**
You can cancel an order from your Orders page if it has not yet been processed. Orders are processed by 11 AM on working days. Orders with face masks, DTG products, and other print-on-demand items cannot be canceled once manufactured.
**Refunds for Cancelled Prepaid Orders**
Prepaid orders canceled according to our procedure will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 working days.
**Return Limit**
Each product can be returned a maximum of twice. We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect abuse of the returns policy.
